The Hurstpierpoint Society AGM wIll be held on Saturday 18th June 2022 in the Main Hall of the Village Centre, Trinity Road, Hurstpierpoint, starting at 14.00. All our members are invited to the AGM.

Newsletter is a proxy voting form, as agreed at last year’s AGM, which follows the formal order of the meeting and is your opportunity to vote and make comments. Please complete and return it by 8th June, as instructed on the form.
The Minutes of the 2021 AGM are below and paper copies will also be available at the AGM.
Prior to the AGM will be the presentation of the Society’s Conservation and Design Awards for 2022.
Following the AGM there will be light refreshments and illustrated reminiscences by people with memories of Hurstpierpoint and the Society as we celebrate the value of 60 years of commitment to the aims of the Society to protect and conserve the natural and built environment of Hurstpierpoint and the surrounding area, together with giving financial support by way of donations.
To ensure that we can plan suitable seating arrangements for the afternoon please let us know if you are attending by either completing the section on the proxy voting form, or by emailing admin@hurstpierpointsociety.org.uk by 8th June 2022. If you are a member and haven’t received a proxy voting form by 4th June, please email the admin address above.
